Bob Avellini is a former professional American football quarterback who played for the Chicago Bears in the NFL from 1975 to 1984. He was born on April 28, 1953 in Long Branch, New Jersey. Avellini played college football at the University of Maryland before being drafted by the Bears in the sixth round of the 1975 NFL Draft.
